The world can be a confusing mess. Today, you’re bombarded by information on social media about basically everything. You might be confused, lost, lonely, or just feel there’s more to your life and work than you have today. I help people with everything from Existential Health (why is the world the way it is) to Life Coaching (you have a gap in your life we can actively close).
I take the view that you’re always in the process of becoming. My job, like all the teachers, coaches, and guides who helped me, is to help you on your own unique path.

Maybe you can feel it more than you can name it. Maybe you've stalled out, burned out at work, are low on motivation, or took a pivot that you wanted but now it feels like you’re drowning and can’t get air (been there). Maybe you’re unsure how to actually do the thing you know you're capable of. Or maybe you're building something, and you just need someone in your corner who sees it too.
That's what I'm here for. Below are four ways we can work together, for all stages of life, focusing both on the internal resourcing (Spiritual Direction) and external (Coaching). 1:1 Life Coaching — $175 / session
This is the practical, get-your-life-together work. We look at where you are, where you want to be, and the gap in between — then we build the steps to close it.

1:1 Spiritual Direction — $100 / session
Most people have never heard of spiritual direction, so here's what it actually is.
It's an ancient practice — someone walking alongside you as you tend to your spiritual life. It's not therapy, and it's not coaching. There's no problem to fix and no goal to hit. Instead, it's dedicated time to pay attention to the deeper current running under everything: the sense of meaning, the longings, the questions that don't have easy answers, and the presence of the divine in your ordinary days. My role isn't to give you answers — it's to help you notice, listen, and stay with what you find.
This is where we tend to your existential health — the part of you that asks what is this all for? and why am I here? More than ever our culture is dealing with questions of existential health. We take those questions seriously instead of pushing them aside. Left unattended, they harden into a low, background ache. Tended to, they become the ground you stand on.
Over time, this is about building a real relationship with the divine — one that stays with you, so you feel supported and held no matter what's happening on the surface of your life. You stop white-knuckling through the big questions alone.

This is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom look at your entire life — where you are in every area that matters, what's working, what's holding you back, and where you actually want to go. I go deep: your dreams, your fears, your desires. We take honest stock of it all, and you come out the other side with more clarity, cohesion, and focus.
To do that well, we don't guess — we get real data on who you actually are. As part of the audit, I have you take a suite of personality assessments — Myers-Briggs, Enneagram, and Human Design — and I cover the cost of all of them. Layered together, they give you a complete picture: who you are, where you are, where you're going, and where you sit on that path right now. I've done this work on myself hundreds of times — it's a constant practice — and no one else is offering it packaged like this. There's no reason to do it alone when someone can help you see it clearly and move forward faster.
We also run a brief financial audit — an honest look at where things stand, because your money and your direction are never really separate.
You walk away with a strategic plan: a real game plan, laid out and ready to run. Whether you keep working with me afterward or take it and run solo is entirely up to you — because you can do it yourself. This is me handing you the map for your dreams.

A three-month container for people who are building something — creative, spiritual, or both. This isn't a session-by-session arrangement; it's an ongoing relationship. You bring what you're making, and I'm the person you bounce ideas off of, get honest feedback from, and stay accountable to.
