I’ve been in the room. A lot of rooms.
I’m Vera— entrepreneurial consultant, coach, and student of the sacred. My work lives at the intersection of hard-won business experience and deep spiritual intelligence.
Before I could teach anyone to trust their intuition, I had to learn to trust my own. That took years, a lot of dismantling, and the willingness to move through things most people spend their whole lives avoiding.
The Professional Background
I started in Fortune 50 strategic transformation and change management. The kind of work where you're brought in to help massive organizations navigate massive shifts. You learn quickly in that world that the official problem is never the real problem. That the org chart doesn't tell you where the power actually lives. That people resist change not because they're irrational but because something true in them knows what's really being asked (and often, they’re either asked to change or be let go).
From there, I moved into Web3 and crypto, specifically governance work at the frontier of a completely new economic paradigm, where the rules were being written in real time, and the stakes were high. I learned to make decisions without a map. To hold complexity without collapsing it into false certainty.
Most recently, I've worked closely with small business owners, embedded in their operations, their decisions, their pivots. I've seen what it looks like when a business is built on clarity, and what it looks like when it's built on avoidance. The difference is almost always internal.
Across Fortune 50 boardrooms, crypto governance calls, and small business strategy sessions, the most important variable is always the same. The clarity of the person at the center.
The Spiritual Path
I didn't come to spirituality easily. I grew up secular, identified as an atheist, and spent my early adult years running at full speed through achievement and ambition. The soul has a way of getting loud when you're not listening.
Through years of real darkness (trauma, grief, profound transition) I found my way to something solid. I moved through contemporary New Age spirituality, the great Christian mystics, Kashmir Shaivism, shamanism, and Orthodox Christianity. I currently attend a Methodist church, study Eastern Orthodox Christianity and global mysticism, and am an active apprentice of the Sweet Sundance Medicine Path. I'm completing a formal Certification in Spiritual Direction.
I don't treat spirituality as a weekend retreat. It is the infrastructure.
Why This Work
In Human Design, my North Node — the direction I'm here to grow into and ultimately teach — sits in Gate 57: the Gate of Intuitive Insight. The most intuitive gate in the chart.
Gate 57 carries the energy of penetrating clarity. The ability to hear truth in the present moment, beneath the noise of the mind, through the felt sense of the body. A knowing that doesn't require explanation or proof — it simply is. Correct. Here. Now.
This is what I'm here to teach. Not a framework. Not a methodology. The radical, practical, life-changing act of learning to hear your own signal again — and building everything from there.
Every boardroom I've sat in, every ceremony I've attended, every business I've helped navigate a crisis, it was all pointing here.
The Life
I live in Southwest Montana with the love of my life. I write, photograph with a Leica, study, and do the work I believe I'm here to do. I left a life that looked successful from the outside and built one that feels true from the inside.
That difference is everything.
